When you make a purchase from MS Petrified Forest, we collect your name and payment method, such as credit card information. We collect this information in order to bill you for your purchase. We also collect information that allows us to ship your order. This includes the name, address and phone number of the intended recipient. We will use your email address, or phone number in some instances, to respond to your questions, suggestions and/or requests for assistance or processing of your order. We will never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances.
MS Petrified Forest Shipping Policy
Ordering an item from MS Petrified Forest? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Your order will ship by UPS ground or Priority Mail from our Flora, MS warehouse within 5 business days after payment is received. Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item. The shipping charges incurred will be the actual mailing costs, which will be determined at the time of shipping and charged to your credit or debit card. Orders paid by check or money order should be placed by phone and are shipped within 5 business days once payment is received. If you need special handling for your order please contact us by phone, fax or e-mail.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. MS Petrified Forest reserves the right to choose the most economical shipping method at its own discretion and unless otherwise pre-arranged. Expedited shipping methods are available, please call for details. MS Petrified Forest is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
MS Petrified Forest Return Policy
Inspect your items carefully once you receive them. We are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of receipt of your package. All exchanges and returns must be mailed postage paid to 124 Forest Park Dr./PO Box 37, Flora, MS 39071. We suggest you insure your return and ship back to our offices. Exchanges and returns are processed within 10 business days. We will refund you in the same manner as your original payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
